 - 1974-1980 Trained at the South African Goju-Kai Karate Do, Durban,
South Africa
- 1976 1st degree black belt trained under Leo Lipinski Shihan
- 1977 2nd degree black belt trained under leop Lipinski Shihan
- 1978 3rd degree black belt trained extensiverly in Thailand, hong
Kond and Japan under Master Gogen Yamaguchi, The Cat, 10th dan
founder of Goju-Kai Karate-Do.
- 1980 Japanese Karate Federation goju-Kai Tokyo, Japan, Certification.
- 1981 Opened the goju-Ryu karate-Do Seiwa-Kai in Santa Monica,
California. Founder and trainer of underprivileged kids, karate
for Inner City Kids (K.I.C.K)
- 1993 4th degree black belt trained and graded by the Japanese
Karate Federation Goju-Kai in Japan
- 1996 5th degree black belt trained in London under Sellchi Fujiwara
